Kim Hartman is an accomplished Entrepreneur and Senior Executive with demonstrated success in the surveillance, security, IT, and data storage industries. Leveraging extensive current technical business and enterprise experience, Kim is a valuable asset to companies that are maximizing resources and are looking for next-level expansion within the technology or security sectors. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, technology, cybersecurity, access control, IT systems, analytics, biometrics, and facial recognition software.
Throughout his executive career, Kim has held leadership positions at technology and security companies including Surveillance Secure, Virtual Tech LLC, Worldstor, and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers. He has been responsible for all aspects of business development at Surveillance Secure and has consistently achieved double digit growth YOY. In addition, Kim oversees HR, customer relations, system implementation, contract negotiations and management including military or government, and vendor management. Since founding the company, he has received numerous industry awards and recognitions. Kim obtained his Bachelor Degree in Computer Systems from Strayer University, and he attained his Masters of Science Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College. Kim also serves on the Board for Surveillance Secure. He is fluent in English, German, and Dutch.
Rob Gazzola is Surveillance Secure’s Chief Marketing Officer, handling all digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and has built a successful program to build the Surveillance Secure brand as well as for strong new business lead generation. Additionally, Rob heads all aspects of our franchise program, which looks to market and sell Surveillance Secure security franchises throughout the United States.
Rob is a native of Northern Virginia and has over 20 years of domestic and international business development experience in the technology industry working with Fortune 500 companies, major trade associations, and non-profits, with companies including DDC Public Affairs, VeriSign, Teleglobe and Gazz Consulting.
Robert previously lived and worked in Asia (Japan and Singapore) for five years, and holds an undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and an international MBA from Thunderbird: The American Graduate School of International Management. When Rob isn’t strategizing with our team, or working on franchising, you’ll likely find him on the tennis court or coaching soccer for his two children.
Will Biggerman is Vice President responsible for the day-to-day operations of field personnel and project management. He coordinates new installations as well as service calls. Will ensures that project timelines and budgets are met, procures equipment & materials with an eye to cost control and leads the technical team in all aspects of project management. During his military career in the US Navy, Will served as a Gas Turbine Electronics Tech onboard the USS THORN (DD988) where he developed his technical and problem-solving ability. Following his honorable discharge, he has served in varying capacities in the private sector. Will began as an unpaid intern with Wavetech Security systems in 1996 and quickly moved into an apprenticeship position and eventually lead technician. Soon after he was moved into a management position and has served as project manager, installation manager and operations manager at his previous employers including S3 Integration and US Control Systems.
Will completed a Bachelor Degree program in Business through the US Navy Joint Defense Officer Education Program (JDOEP) from the University of Kansas. Will is a father of 5 Children and originally from Baltimore, MD. He currently resides in West Virginia and is very active in his local church there. He also enjoys hunting and other outdoor activities with his children and maintaining a small farm where he resides.
